    Took a picture of the pool construction when I was on site last week.

    Southwest has a direct to Cancun on Saturday and Sunday. I believe I heard they were going to start a daily nonstop at some point. My wife and I were down there over Thanksgiving. We had one stop on the way there and a direct home.

    Last I heard, Party Fowl is planning on moving across the street to the vacant restaurant space next to Frugal. Not sure if that is still a go or not.

    Bingo. We moved over to Woodycrest. No sidewalks here, but at least the streets are very wide and it's not a cut-thru.

    My wife and I moved away from Wedgewood-Houston last year because of our street. Narrowest street in the neighborhood, no sidewalks (CM told me we would never get them on the street), and the final kicker was our street being the only cut-thru street in the neighborhood that did not receive speedbumps. The amount of times we had to jump out of the way to narrowly avoid idiots flying down the street coming to and from 440. We had four different sets of friends that moved off the street because they had kids and were scared they were going to get hit by a car.

    It passed 2nd reading last night. First time I'm seeing the renderings, thanks for finding those. Looking forward to more walkable mixed use for Woodycrest.

    Interested to see which poll is actually correct.

    I can’t imagine going that fast on land. I think the fastest one I’ve been on was the Milan to Rome and I think it got up to around 220 mph; it was pretty wild to sit and watch the passing countryside.

    I believe you are correct on that! I think it’s for their northern expansion.

    Brightline in Florida.

    I believe Rolli is the only pro track candidate. The rest have all spoken about pumping the brakes on the proposal.

    Yeah, my concern is them not being able to repay the bonds with the current attendance they have out there.

    Local races aren’t doing well either.
