Got an email from the Westin. Looks like they sold a few more units and are down to 21 left now. That puts them at about 83% now. They may actually sell out before their December opening.

I walked by Guadalajara again tonight. I have been wondering what that crane is for. I noticed there are pilings in the huge hole there. I wonder if this has anything to do with the ped bridge between the garage and the Westin. Just a thought..

You know, I was wondering about that too. Is the crane in the right spot though? I thought the bridge was going to be right next to the elevators next to Dicks, though I may be wrong. Were there signes of this on the Westin?

Can't tell. Anything they have to drive piles for must be fairly large. They wouldn't be doing that for a run of the mill street light and I doubt they're putting a statue there. It just may be for the pedestian bridge.

It looks like they're getting ready to drive piles on the Westin portion of the sidewalk that is directly across from this site. This may indeed be for the bridge.

Interesting read... especially noting that almost all buyers are from the region, a few are investing in second homes, and most of the rest are people with business or other ties to the area. I would assume that most of the building will be occupied at most times then.
