Salons and Dry cleaners aren't going to go be able to afford these spaces.

They are flush with capital. They have purchased half of Deep Ellum, a good chunk of Olde Towne Alexandria Retail this year. They are going from 0-60 in .02 sec. They are a year or two from being a juggernaut.

As I mentioned on the Crescent thread - Since Asana is only getting the retail portions they are that much more motivated to get good tenants in those spaces. I like it!

I wouldn’t mind a mix of Name brand clothing stores, Unqiue restaurants, Local stores and maybe a name bran technology store like Apple. (Is it still rumored to be going in Tryon place?)

This is dumb but today I was just loving staring at these window washers on the glass Boa tower (from Google Fiber Space corner). No platform or anything. It really  let's you soak in the scale of a building.

Charlotte is going to have 4 buildings going up around 400 feet, 4 more around 200 feet, and one around 600 feet. Thats pretty exciting. Excited for all the density Charlotte can get.

I'm not sure office towers should count towards density unless they have really significant lower level retail?  I personally could care less about them otherwise in any case.

Around 300: I’d imagine Tryon Place Hotel falls here

Also, looking at DRP's website, most of their highrise residential buildings are condos, so if this is mixed use and has residential it could be our first highrise condo building in a long time.

It's been rumored for a while that a highrise building was planned for the lot on the corner of Graham and MLK Blvd (aka 401 S Graham Street).   Dominion Realty Partners (DRP) is a real estate development company out of Raleigh that is promoting this site for development.

I would guess that it looks to be about the height of 300 S. Tryon minus the sail.
