Ok…just messing around.  Heights probably aren’t quite correct…or massing.  But…maybe a tiny glimpse of what the skyline may look like with 2nd and Peabody, Ritz and Circle South added.

Noticed you're getting pretty good at that.  We need someone to replace PHofKS.  He's really good with the scale and angles.  I think you hit the nail on the head with 2nd and Pbody. I think from that POV, the KVB office tower will probably block the view up 8th Avenue.

By the way, can you also add Amazon 3 , the new Pinnacle. The Highwoods at the Gulch, Tony G’s two on Church and the one at 800Lea... and I know there’s more I can’t think about right now

Thanks for posting this. I was literally just looking at the cams of Nashville, and while looking at the Fox17 skyline cam I was wondering how these buildings, the two Tony G. towers, and Pinnacle were going to look in the skyline

Wasn’t sure where to place these, but as I was going through pictures on my iPad, I found these from when I was taking an auto CAD class a couple of years ago. I did them just by looking at a picture. No measurements. What do you guys think?

Another highly successful Fourth of July in Music City. Although I believe the crowd estimate of 400,000 is wildly overblown, there was still a huge gathering on a beautiful day/evening.

I would like to know who the bean counters are. I never understand how they estimate crowds.

There are certain formulas that calculate how many people can fit in so many square feet and the bean counters start there. It’s usually in the best interest of the bean counters to inflate the numbers. I doubt it was that many people, but from where I was watching, 1st Ave was packed to Ascend and lawns beside and in in the amphitheater were also packed. Pretty much everywhere with a vantage point of downtown, had folks watching. I’ve seen picks from friends from Germantown to East Nashville. Walking up Demonbruen to 12th afterwards, I’ve never seen so many folks.
