    Agree with Smeags ... this is v big news. UMG is massive. Known as 'the biggest music company in the world.' Bummed a bit that the Pershing Square Tontine Holdings couldn't pull off the acquisition as I was a (quite small) PSTH shareholder. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_Music_Group

    Harlowe is now offering home sharing as an amenity. Greystar still being selective with which properties to offer it. It is reasonable to expect that to grow. Lifestyle Communities also about to rollout a home sharing program.

    Ive driven I-40 past the Donelson Pike Interchange a few times since the summer.... the amount of earth moving has really stepped up. A cool project that is hard to photograph while driving on the interstate. There are job sites north and south of I-40 and east and west of Donelson.
