Thanks folks. I just made a few corrections, additions, and such too the list. Mainly correcting a few things. I see there are a few projects that are finished I still show under construction, but this is such a massive list, it will take some time and work to fix all the way.

I did want to get this done before the end of the year to show just how much is going on. Believe it or not we are in a bit of a slow down as far as announcements go. We have not had that many in the last 6  months or so and a few biggies that were cancelled about as soon as they were announced.

I keep a running list and just copy and paste. It use to be a lot harder before the format of the board changed.

 

The hard part is keeping the running list updated as well as trying to keep the development map updated as well.

What happened with the Hill Center lot at the corner of Bandywood Dr. and Hillsboro Circle in GH? I remember seeing a rendering at one point.

Every time I get directed to this page, I my machine catches on fire, because of all the cache-updating needed for displaying this mile-long Web-page, and my mouse scroll wheel needs a new tire.  U-P seems to require 25 posts per page before it indexes to a succeeding numeric page, and before this here post, I counted only 21 or so.  I don't hold the Smeags accountable (cough-cough....), as his has been quite (or "quiet") an informative recapitulation.

I consider this post a "dummy" comment (from a likely source everyone else says), the only purpose of which is to increase the tally to 22.  Now we need just 3 more posts of anything (relevant to the topic) to hopefully start a new page.
