Probably not. Once contracts are signed with the teams, they usually require that the facility is open by the set date.

I was just thinking about the original date for the Pinnacle Promenade to open was September of the year before it actually opened. But you're probably right about the requirements for the arena.

Oh, don't be so sure about that. I think there are still many unknown things about Mr. Talley. I would be surprised if the project comes to fruition.

Good news!! The street bond program in Rogers passed!! This means that the Pleasant Grove Overpass is going to be widend, which also means that the arena is going to hopefully start construction soon. I know this was about the only hurdle for the arena, now it just has to go before the Planning Commission. There shouldn't be any objections from the city.

Yes, good to know that the arena will basically be doubled in size by 2020. 18K would put in around the size of Alltel Arena in NLR.
