it was in the middle an end cap.....unless its brand new, we dont have another Restoration Hardware in the state. MidTown has a Pottery Barn and William Senoma if thats what you are thinking of? -

Actually the Aloft is being planned with a full service restaurant and lounge. The owner wants it to be a destination hotel unlike most suburban Alofts. Similar to how stable 21 is in the Butgundy Hotel.

Surprisingly The Tavern has closed...I’ve heard a strong rumor that Lost 40 will be taking over this location which would be an upgrade if true.

There is no hoping to it...Apple has applied for and recieved a plumbing permit. They are going in.

For those that thought Apple was questionable for this center, it is listed on the plumbing review...so I would say that is 100% official.... J-Crew is listed as well.

The Shoppes at Montclaire is further west. The work you are refering to is going to be a Hank's Furniture store....kind of boring.

I dont believe Cohn's was ever going into the center. It is a Dunlap's which actually own's Cohn's but is a little lower tier store.

They recently purchased a warehouse property on Maple close to 7th street. 710 Maple I believe.

Tower was going to convert the Y to condos but the numbers havent come out right yet. Hopefully it will get done, but for now it is dead. -

hmmm Im not seeing this at all. What tenants have these two centers stole from the Promenade??? There are plenty of speculative tenants to go in there that will not be locating at either of these shopping centers.

Oh I think that the building has a lot more than 5 years left, I just feel that if nothing is done, in 5 years there could be some major problems. Also, I think the Barton comparison is more of an arguement that something needs to be done.

does anyone else think that Alltel Arena is not aging well? The roof is deteriorating and even the brick looks terrible. Its a shame they could not have spent a little more money on it originally. Even the inside is beginning to look outdated. Does anyone know if their are plans to improve/renovate? In 5 years I see there being major problems and us losing events if nothing is done.
