Honestly that looks awful.  It looks like lights are supposed to be encompassing the blocks but some of them burned out.   If you’re ocd this will drive you crazy as it looks incomplete and like an afterthought.

Hopefully they're still working on it, I saw it at night a couple days ago and felt the same way!

That little notch where the new billboard is being placed will be a new dog park. Great and creative use of that tiny lot.

Public per Alcove’s Facebook post. It was part of a trade off to convert the prior billboard to an electronic one. There will also be an electronic billboard on Prime. Giaratanna worked the deal out with the owners of the land / billboard company.
