I was there yesterday, and the blue line is new. A McHugh concrete office also popped up at the old Nashville Sporting Goods store, so I think we’ll see movement on this one again soon.

But lots of activity at 801, so maybe they are sharing equipment.

I guess the Central Parking pay meter will be installed soon. Looks like they are just going to use this for parking. Oh well, if we can get 1 out of 2 towers, let's call this a win!

Many many explanations on why there is no work taking place....permits, waiting on equipment, waiting on key personnel, waiting on a crane!, waiting on a concrete pour, waiting on material. 

Come on guys..going to have to start playing the dong FREAK OUT! every time you people post on one of these pages. The other day it was 805 Lea. I was hearing one time it was Four Seasons just because when they walked by no workers were there at 5 PM.

Smeags, the freak out is just a natural response to a trigger.  It's a form of PTSD developed from so many major development disappointments.  We see a puddle on a cleared lot and scream, "Another Lake Palmer!!!"

They seemed to be working on utilities when I drove by the site this morning, so work is continuing.

They’re currently building the water/sewer/stormwater connections for Alcove. You can see one of the pipes along the sidewalk in Mark’s picture. YMCA way is all torn up just north of the site. 
 

They’re still removing rock from the site, but they’ve made more progress than what it looks like.

Has this skyline rendering of Prime and Alcove been posted yet? I hadn't seen it before checking the Giarratanna website, but it's pretty cool. 

Granted, the new Pinnacle building and others in Nashville Yards will mostly block these buildings from this angle, which is crazy to think about.
