I've been told this is contaminated soil removal, and that Metro used to have a big maintenance garage on this site back a few years ago.

Well, for sure those “Trolley Barns” were actually garages that were used for maintenance of the city bus fleet. Soil contamination of that area isn’t surprising. Back in those days they probably just dumped used motor oil in a pit somewhere out there.

Like they’ve listed Tishman Speyer.  Also…what is this “Bode” next to TS?  Also…is Park Place really that short compared to Centrum?  Lastly…look at tiny City View.

Well, that is new and the first I have heard of Rob Lowes project there. He is planning a project for a something long term. Time to reach out to him. Last time WW reached out to him was a little before the end of the year when there were markings on the property corners, and he said there was nothing planned yet. I guess he sort of didn't know these things get released in the mix when you mention stuff to Metro!

I guess you will also notice the CB Ragland lot too. Michael Hayes has been planning something there for some time that we have known about and this is the first massing we have seen , bet we have known about it for some time as well.
