@markhollin I'd guess you take most (if not all?) of your photos from outside your car.   Sure allows for some great vantages and angles.  But must be a pain to stash the ride somewhere.

That's not too far from the truth sometimes.  One of the advantages of going out at sunrise on the weekends is that there is very little traffic, so I CAN stop in the middle of the road, or angle at an intersection to get a shot when there are simply no other vehicles.  And parking next to a construction site is usually not a problem either.  : )

Man those exterior finishes are so luxury.    I can't wait to visit when this is done. But will there be any public spaces? Maybe the restaurants?

6 of the 7 penthouses have sold, and less than 25% of the remaining residential units are still available. A total of $305 million in condo sales have been landed at this point.  The Grand Penthouse is the last of the 7 available at $25 million.  The other 6  have sold for a combined $57.5 million.  Residents are expected to start moving in this summer.
