Mimo's design and menu definitely look  like a "Four Seasons",  as opposed to The Rutledge's Cool Springs vibes....

Worth noting Rutledge has no affiliation with Four Seasons other than buying space in the same building from the developer.

On the day of its opening, Four Seasons Hotel portion of the new tower has been sold by TheCongress Group to GD Holdings for $165 million. With 235 rooms, that works out to $702,127 per room.

This was reported that it was to be sold to this guy by the NBJ back in 2020, when it opened.

"Nashville Business Journal was the first to report, in February 2020, that GD Holdings planned to buy the hotel component of the high-rise."

It was not really a surprise.

This provides the capital for their next projects

I have a question for clarification after reading the NP article about the sale.  The tagline under the headline says, "Mexican entity now owns SoBro skyscraper," yet the article itself says that entity bought the hotel component.   If they only bought the hotel component, how do they own the entire tower?

Sent that to WW, for a correction. Good catch. Not quite as bad as Drew's $702,127 million per room for the property's hotel portion
