AEG Apartment Tower One (34 stories, 373', 340 units, ground level retail, underground garage) crane is up.

Looking south from Church Street Viaduct at Upper 10th Ave. North (Platform Way):

Did this red brick building in the circle ever sell?  Just wondering if SWP was able to maybe snatch it up to add to their acreage.

Not yet. It was on the market but taken off. That may be because they have a letter of intent for it when they decide to sell. Could be they are just waiting and have agreed to sell to the buyer at the current market rate or have already fixed a rate price.

The Southern Baptist Convention could have just decided not to sell too. We all know if they sell who the prospective buyer would be.

I'm surprised the SBC didn't sell their current headquarters and move their operations into the under-utilized (and now sold-off) LifeWay building in Capitol View.

I’m sorry if i totally missed this but are all projects inside the scope of Nashville Yards now full go besides Amazon Tower 3?

Off the top of my head…and I could be wrong…but there’s the apartment building next to Grand Hyatt that hasn’t started,  Then…there's Amazon 3, which is still a question mark on if it’s actually started, or if it’s just the garage at this time (plus there was a rumor on a potential redesign on the building but not sure if true).  Then you have the smaller building next to the Holiday Inn Express that hasn’t started.  Also…there are supposedly 2 buildings that will go along 9th Ave in the AEG complex with potential nice height…but nothing concrete on those yet…as far as I know.  Lastly…it seems there was a small piece of land on the other side of 9th that was included in SWP’s purchase…but I don’t know if there is a plan for a building there or not.
