This represents a major upgrade to the downtown dining scene!  Does anybody know if there is a way for foot traffic from the Commerce Street side of this development to reach the retail section without going around the AB building on 4th avenue?

If you go to the website and look at the Gallery photos, it looks like you can walk in the Commerce entry to the office building and go around to an upper level of the Public Market space.

No, I think it went through MDHA and I saw renderings somewhere at one point. I think it is located in the corner of the apartment tower.

So glad the 5&B food court is being selective about the chains they bring in.  It's important, as all of LoBro has very few chains. I think that's important. Yes, there's the Hard Rock, Mellow Mushroom, and a couple of others. But there are few places anymore that aren't saturated with chain restaurants.

My walking tour of downtown was at a brisker pace than usual but I did get some shots of this great project.   Interesting fact:  this is being co-developed with one of Charlotte's most prolific developers Spectrum Properties.   https://www.spectrumcos.com/portfolios/5th-broadway/

Freezing so you don't have to.

Better you than me, that is why I am about to go to the gym.
