Nice pics! Both are awesome, but for different reasons.

In the first, I liked how you captured so much of the dusk sky and the towers. In the second, I thought it was cool how you got a close up of the library, Dunhill, IJL, and Avenue. Great job!

thanks guys. i am not a photographer, but i did dabble in film for a while in college, so i think i can find a shot - but execution is another thing - hit and miss.

Taken from the field at the corner of Oaklawn and Statesville. I love the skyline from this vatage point, just some ugly power lines that kinda kill it.

(Anyone care to take a stab at this one as a future rendering? The new BofA should fill in a big gap and the Wachovia, Trump, and Vue will be prominent...)

Muggy evening pic. I like the dense look from Cordelia. Ave has certainly filled in a gap and 210 and BofA should help with the "stepping" down from this angle.

^By far the best angle for the skyline, and I agree...this angle will only improve, with everything but 300 S. Tryon and the new Novare campus becoming prominent.

The view from WSCO's campus between Freedom and Wilkinson should become quite stunning as well.

Here's a picture of a poster that a friend gave me. I don't know where she got it. It's got callouts with little factoids about the buildings. Maybe from CCCP? Printed on it is "Photograph by Chris Edwards". I like this shot (it's hanging in my cube). Sorry it's blurry -- the poster is not.
