His Tallahassee proposal is based on this model. There is a great chance that our building will exceed the height seen in this picture. But note the convention space attached to the hotel. This particular facility has 290+ guest rooms.

This building is under construction. I'm not yet ready to reveal the HIS I speak of until tomorrow.

Aren't they haven't some problems due to the recent earthquake.

Source has revised things a bit. Now they're saying the Convention Center isn't really a convention center, but a hotel with convention space large enough to accomidate 5000 people. If that helps any. The property is the wooded lot located just south of the Civic Center.

I'm glad to see something happening at this site. It's funny that after all the years of dealing with those losers (a.k.a Civic Center Authority and Tallahassee Hotel Association), there is finally gonna be a hotel at the site that was originally proposed by Coliseum Associates Land Trust.

The pink is not too bad, as I think it fits in with the Colors in South Wood. It reminds me of the Convention Center in Boca Raton off of the Saw Grass Express way and Yamato exit were the SF Tattoo exhibit was held each year.

Does anyone know what is going up across the street from the new plastic surgery clinic on Mahan? I see a lot of trees have been cleared out.
