Yep, I understand they are moving full steam ahead as of last week.

It did close for $6,000,000.  Tax records and all development plans submitted to Metro show 0.28 acres.

That's very positive for the prospects for this one and that stretch of SoBro. So I'm curious is anyone here has updates for three others close to this one. I'm asking b/c a few months ago the following seemed to be rolling forward:
