A lot of Nashville's excavation dirt and rock is filling up a canyon just off Hwy 70 in west Nashville.

Drove by the construction site and will be the one to watch in the next few years.

You will get a SuperBowl after it is complete I am 100% confident of that.  Maybe my Panthers will play in it by then.

Update from Chicago Bears 

$3.2 billion dollars. 

The Bears see their proposed stadium with a capacity of roughly 65,000, with the hopes to break ground in summer of 2025 and open in 2028.

The scrap yard land, at the top of this pic--did the owner decide to sell for development? I know that has been a crucial piece that developers have long drooled over to put something of good use there, as opposed to the current scrap yard use.

They sold the company but held on to the land. If they sold the land I feel like the would be even bigger news the than the eventual global headquarters for Oracle.

They just had a ballot measure voted down that would have renovated their current stadium.

So I wonder is this something new?

This is them trying to move across state lines to Kansas. This was part of their proposal to Kansas lawmakers. The land they're looking at is about 20mi from Arrowhead.
