On your last photo I noticed that there's a piece of the disassembled crane sitting on the ground on the far right.  It's kind of dumb but I was hoping that they'd place those pieces across the street at the 1010 Church site since Tony G is doing both of these projects and they wouldn't have to move them very far.  Then I'd know that they were really going to get moving soon on the tower itself and not just the YMCA portion of it.

I am usure, but I think that after a crane is disassembled it has to go through a safety inspection process before going to another job site. Not 100% sure on that though.

They've got Church Street closed in front of the building and they're loading up sections of the crane to haul away.

NBJ has a walk thru tour of construction at Prime.

“The real story is I wanted these buildings (Prime and Alcove) to be identical. … Our architect said that was a horrible idea,” Giarratana told the Business Journal. “We decided to have the buildings complement each other. They're from the same family, but they're not twins.”

Unlike its sister building, 81 of Prime's apartment units feature expansive balconies.

Construction of Prime began in April 2021, and the first residents are expected to occupy the building in July.

I agree with Mr G , they would have been awesome if they were twins!! I mean who doesn’t like twins !
