Lol, why the confused faces? There is a second apartment tower component to the 110 East site. It will go where Honey Tulepo was.

Pewter Rose old site and yes but I forgot whether 2nd tower was a residential or 2nd office.

More and more glass on this tower.  anyone hear how leasing is going?  If you want space in the next 6-9 months in the hot Southend market this will be  your place and a few others like Loso station and the building along South Blvd.

Based on the Loop Net listing not a single square foot has been leased. Whole tower is still available. Nothing is listed on the retail side.

Oof. Still has some time before it opens so I wouldn't be surprised if some are waiting for them to get desperate enough to lower the rental rates.

Most companies aren't really concerned about price, they could drop it but it won't make much of a difference. The demand for large open plan office space is just non-existent right now countrywide and Charlotte is no exception. They may have to look into converting into smaller spaces that are ready for move in. That or we get a large relocation or expansion here. Unfortunately until this leases, I don't think there will be any speculative large scale office projects starting anytime soon.

There are tenants locally and new to market floating around.  Many locally based tenants maybe looking for smaller space but in a new building.  Office nationwide has for sure slowed down but there are new leases being signed for various reasons mainly more financial and other users as opposed to tech oriented users.

TTX the Chicago based rail car management company is right now looking for 75,000 sq ft of office space.
