It looks basically the same. Maybe this render has less of a "modern" finish on the apartment complex?

Those renderings have been out for years. None of the renderings at that link are specifically linked to the St. Paul's Transit Center. The look and massing of that  building  have not changed. Those renderings and this site have been up since at least 2021 iirc.
