Wish there were a better connection between this one and the parking garage behind Palmer Plaza, maybe with some small retail space. But that's a reflection of how things changed on that stretch of Broadway. Thirty-five years ago, that was 'always going to be' a backstreet to the building's front on West End. Personally, I think it's a hideous building, but it does have its "80s Charms".
