2400 10th Ave. South (former 2 & 3 story church, 31,686 sq. ft., circa 1958) continues to be transformed into Primrose School. New playgrounds up in NW and SW corners of site facing 10th Ave. South.

Adaptive reuse we can all get behind.

Does Nashville have any daycares on the ground floor of a mixed-use apartment building?

The top floor at least was already an Airbnb, some friends stayed there last year.

2102 Blair Ave. covers 835 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1940.  It is home to Brown's Diner, which recently added an outdoor patio and updated some of the interior.

Big doings at Browns.   The new patio/deck is open and ads much needed seating capacity.   They're about to start on an addition on the West side that will house a new kitchen.

401 12th Ave. South covers 18,603 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1951.  It has been sitting empty for several years, but now Aviator Nation will be leasing 8,500 sq. ft. for a retail outlet.
