I don't know how to read these. The retail isn't on top right?

The retail is top-right... the bottom image is looking from BoA Stadium.

Basically they do not want the pavilion to slope down towards the stadium, instead they created a massive retaining wall.

It almost looks like they will have another building butt in to the retaining wall, @ricky_davis_fan_21 is it possible the new "Honeywell Tower" design calls for a taller tower more centered on the massive block with smaller appendage building towards I-277

Is there a door on the ground floor of the stairwell that opens to a 12 foot drop?

OMG I missed that! That is hilarious!

Thats what I surmise from this latest version, but I hate that the flow from Church to Mint continues to get more and more impeded. I'm guessing the "front door" to Honeywell will be at the end of the promenade.

So what I'm guessing is that within that new space cut out, will sit a two floor lobby, with an entrance on the Church St. level and the Mint Street Level. 20k retail would face Mint Street with 11 floors of parking above it, and then 12 floors of office above that.

I am afraid they are going to partially abutt the Honeywell parking deck to the promenade given the pad is wider there and it might be more space for cars to turn, etc.

It’s a shame that this project lacks fountains.  They really would have been a nice touch by BofA’s “front  yard.”  It could have been like Rockefeller Center in the City that shall not be mentioned.

HAHA. I'm sure it won't lack fountains. Seems like a very Lincoln Harris thing.

A large iconic fountain would be really cool! It might not exactly be the best use of resources but they're fun and attractive.

They should have an ornate fountain with an obelisk in the middle of or topped with a statue of queen Charlotte.

But that large rectangular lawn would make a killer ice rink, just like Rockerfeller in the winter.
