Thanks for the update Mark. I  don't even have this one on the map. I am so far behind with the map and project rundown, its not funny. Sort of lost interest a little and got behind after 4 hospital stays.

^Yea I've been noticing that. On the development map, lots of the "proposed" projects are UC right now, and some of the UC projects are completed. Get better though don't rush yourself.

Great news for east Nashville! I talked to a commercial real estate agent the other day and it sounds like there are more Gallatin/Main projects in the works. Here's to hoping they work out.

Actually, not too bad. Contextually, it fits right in; right scale, good massing to street and architecturally better than the generic apartment blocks starting to rise all over the East Nasty. It fills a need, also.

As do I, and while we're on the subject, I also hate the nickname "Nashvegas."

The only context where I approve of the nickname "NashVegas" is in its original...Viva NashVegas-Eat More Rhinestones. Those folks had people talking about our city long before anyone called us the "IT" City! (It would be interesting to know how much money they've made from the sale of posters, magnets, T-shirts and other merchandise emblazoned with their logo and various images.)
