Breeze Block (rehab of former industrial building at 6100 Robertson, w/ addition of 24 two/three story townhomes, and 2 story commercial structure) update: foundations being set for townhomes; gutting of existing structure continues; grading underway for new commercial building.

I think this is a good situation, let the cream rise to the top and then come on over to the Nations ha

Also there a few originals like, 51st Deli, Burger Joint, Daddy's Dogs, elPaseo Cantina and some good original dive bars like Centennial and Midnight Oil.

The Nashville west wrecker area nearby is ripe for redevelopment. In fact it seems like every other block in the nations has an old cinder block building that can be redeveloped or repurposed.

Martin Management Group continues to accumulate land along Brick Church Pike where they will eventually relocate their Downtown Hyundai and Downtown Subaru auto dealerships from the Reed site along West End Ave.  They have now paid $23.95 million for a total of 10+ acres in and around 1973 Southerland Drive off of Brick Church Pike.
