The Hills Nashville Church will be repurposing the former AMC Bellevue 8 Theaters at 120 Belle Forest Circle.  The 32,061 sq. ft. facility will include a 600 seat  main sanctuary, a youth auditorium, rec space, kids auditorium, etc.

I think they are doing what the client wants and budgets for. I do agree that the campus is very bland, but they are building it on the cheap, IMO.

Smokin' Thighs will open its 2nd Nashville location at 4400 Charlotte Ave. (former home of Wilkie's Safety Lane auto repair) by April of 2021. The 3,900 sq. ft. building will allow them to expand their catering business and even have a drive-thru option. Capacity will be 100 customers.
