Once LC Nations get started you can add around 300+ to that number. I think they are getting close for that one.

Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee has purchased the 6 acre state property at 3411 Belmont Blvd. for $6 million. There are 12 structures on the campus.  It is not clear if they will be keeping any of the structures and adapting them, or what might be razed.  A press release notes they will have a 2 story primary HQ building and an ancillary structure for donor and grantee meetings and events.  The distinctive, empty 100 year-old yellow house on the site collapsed several months ago.

The former church building at 1105 51st Ave. that had been converted to The Original Corner Pub a couple years ago is now going to be home to Rock'N Dough Pizza.
