This is another Covid-19 casualty: Chaffin's Barn Dinner Theater site on 2.77 acres at 8204 Highway 100 if for sale for an undisclosed price.  It last sold for $2.09 million in 2016.  The theater has been closed permanently for a few months now due to insurmountable losses of the pandemic.

Green Hills Station will be a 3 story8 townhome project at 4115-4119 Lone Oak Rd. with an $11 million cost being developed by Richland Building Partners.  Ryan Thews is the architect.  Construction will start next month.
