Front Street Partners has landed a $45 million loan from Wilson Bank & Trust to build a 300 unit complex at 7114 Charlotte Pike. This will be on undeveloped land across the road from Novel Charlotte  (436 units) on which is nearing completion. No name or renderings yet.

I would not worry so much about rendering as it will be your basic garden style variety apartments. On the map with limited info as there was a tree removal permit done on Wednesday as well.

Silo West Condos (4 stories, 169 units) on 3.2 acres at 1677 54th Ave. North has been issued a permit for $20.1 million for construction via Evergreen Construction.

Phase II of The Summit at White Bridge (3 stories, 111 townhomes) is going to start soon at 239 White Bridge Rd. The Brookstone Group is the developer.

5916 Morrow. This has gone through several iterations - they were originally building a restaurant, but the latest permit I found (issued 8/5/2020) states "3 STORY LIVE/WORK UNIT, first level is future mercantile, all is classified R-2," built by Highland Homes.
