Who thought that was a good place to relocate the cell phone lot? Guarantee all the nearby hotels and restaurants are hating it, taking up all their parking. That is where everyone is going to wait. TPA did it right has a lot away from the airport but still less than half the distance as BNA served by the 6 minute tram ride from arrivals. Huge display/flights status screens, permanent restrooms, free Wifi, vending machines and free EV charging stations. Some pics of the tampa lot.

Hillsboro High School while being in the the wealthy Green Hills area is not really considered to be a wealthier school. They are spending a lot of money on it though, and hopefully that will change in the years to come.

I believe that is primarily the new lacrosse field, could be mistaken though

Wouldn't go as far as saying it is a disaster, plus some of the restaurants are great, Honeyfire BBQ is one. Every time I have been there both Honeyfire and Desanos have been full. Once Home 2 Suites finally gets open that will help the restaurants also. The Ford Ice facility also brings in a large amount of traffic all day long plenty of hockey folks eating. The rinks will stay busy as it is one of the nicest hockey facilities in the southeast and that hotel will stay booked with all the hockey tournaments. I do agree with you on the the layout, it is terrible. Case study on how to try to make a walk friendly design the least walk friendly and horrible use of space.
