I rode by Trader today. I think it looks great. The black granite at the bottom helps to ground the building.

makes that area look like a real urban city.

It is a nice building, I see it every morning when I catch the NET buses (yuck) from lot 39 to the bank where I work. It seemed like once they started the actual building that it almost felt like another 2 or 3 floors were there that weren't up the day before. I really hope VB will be adding buildings like this that have a sense of style to them and add to the overall appeal of the area. Maybe when it's not so cold out I can go across the street on lunch and get a few shots.

I really wish the windows on the bottom floor and lobby would have been zero profile. I realize they wanted the "window panes" to match all the floors above but it would have looked more sleek and clean.

I have to admit, that it has taken some time for me to get used to a building there!

Soooooooo much better than the city parking lot that was there.

I'm ready for more lots to be developed!!!! (Snyder Lot)

Is the trader building (err Dominion Enterprises) going to be 100% occupied by Trader/DE ?

Or are they going to use part of the building and lease out the rest? Sort of like BOA in the NS tower?

Anyone know if this building is going to be lit up at the top of the exterior? Or will it just have the Dominion signs on each side.

I would like to know if the windows on the first floor have sunlight protection or would this be nessary.

This isn't breaking news, but the building now has an address. 150 Granby. It's over the main entrance.

Sconce lighting around the building and up-lighting above the lobby have just been installed on the building. If you go by at night you can see it. Looks good, I just wish the up-lighting reached higher up on the building.

The employees should be moving into this building in less than a month. What a boon to businesses in downtown this will be!
