I'm still wondering what type of construction will the 1,000 units will be for the Wake Forrest Development... There is not much room on that site and none of the renderings have included residential buildings, so I wonder will it be a couple high rises or dense midrise apartments.

And when you look inside through the glass, you see nothing but the metal frames, no walls, and no floor. Barely any lights. What interior work are you referring to? inside the older portion?

That's what they are listed for on apartments.com. A few of the wo bedrooms are going for 9,871 right now. Most of them are 4-6,000.

The fact that these new apartments, the brown bricked ones in the above photos are going for nearly $10,000 a month is absolutely insane. And only for 2 Bedrooms.

Again I ask...does anyone have any idea on when the office/station will actually begin construction. Hasn't the last phase been considered complete.

Campbell’s Nursery site Apartment complex. Anyone else notice that they replaced the original sign with one that has the updated rendering?

Clearing is underway. I love that this is mainly one material for the exterior. I love brick. Looks so much more sophisticated amongst all of the stick built apartments in Charlotte that are like 5 different colors and multiples surfaces with murals on the sides. Those just all look like college dorms at this point.

This would have been the perfect spot for a really nice highrise to kick up the pace for more density on the North Side. -
I agree. This is one of the best hotels in all of Charlotte. This looks better to me than any other one Uptown by a landslide.

The plans calls for 9 floors of parking last time I saw so after this last one. But I will check because I’m so ready

One more floor left until the start of the office portion.

Thank the heavens above for doing something to this eye soar of a development. Only paint but hey it’s something. The front ground floor needs to be converted to retail.
