Are there anymore renderings somewhere? I'm curious what the other sides look like, this is just a facade rendering; you can't even tell how far back the sides go - looks 2-D. 

Perhaps it was designed by the Melkotians?

The lower portion of this building reminds me of the Eccles Building (Federal Reserve) in D.C.

Each of those blue-reflecting windows appears to be two floors with a spandrel panel in between actual vision glass.  But, we shall see.

Not yet. Digging is done. Now they’re starting to drill to make a base for the building and crane.

There's a sign up now with a picture of the building and not the the flat one in the article. This one actually looks like a building.
