Good find on those maps. They look like something out of SimCity; especially the land value map. I hope we get the long version of the yellow Lymmo route to connect both hospitals. It'll give me options for my work commute from College Park, too.

CNL III has been cancelled on the southeast corner of Orange and Anderson; though it quite didn't make it to the list here, I heard it's officially off now (been that way for about a week).

I thought CNL3 was going on the NE corner and a parking garage was going on the SE? I could have sworn they were integrating the CNL3 building into the PAC plaza site.

They were doing two buildings. CNL IV would be on the PAC site.

So they are going to build one building instead of two. I know they threw out designs for CNL III in a late attempt to lure EA. Does this mean they are going to change the name of CNL IV to CNL III or would that make it confusing for the project leads???

Just noticed a grand opening sign on the 7 story building in the South Eola area. Also, there is paper in the windows of 101 Eola that says Sports Bar Restaurant.

I think that's just generic printing on paper because the other side of 101 Eola says Mexican restaurant.

I thought that a tequila bar concept was going into that building. That could in a sense be a Mexican restaurant so who knows.

the only one I know of is the new one next to Star Tower to the west-- but I think it is the church related bldg.

George Diaz is the guy that said 55W had halted construction and would remain an unfinished eye sore.... I wrote him and asked that he take a look down the street... he promised to correct his "mistake"... yea... that never happened.

FUMCO looks awesome.

CNL III looks like it probably should... complimenting the City Commons buildings in design. It's bulky; I like it.

the only piece missing is the hotel component. what's the story with that?
