That's where it tops out... it's a 5-level deck. Too bad it doesn't have a green roof of some sort.

I don't think GSA controls the Fed Reserve's construction projects... so perhaps they play by different rules?

Long time reader, first time poster. I live in Atlanta, but went to school at Randolph-Macon College and stayed in Richmond for eight years. Richmond will always be my favorite city. Anyway, I know you guys like pictures and development. me too. Hopefully these have not been posted before.

Thanks cbender. They must be fairly recent since Mead/Westvaco is prominent in one of the renderings and the ground layout includes it as well as the new Fed deck. The first one is disorienting. I can't figure out the point of view. What is the roadway in the foreground?

Since The Fed Reserve is about 99% leased, perhaps one of the towers is theirs -- especially if they plan to move their West Creek operation downtown.

The roadway in the first rendering is Tredegar St (looking north). South of the street is the Canal and Browns Island.
