I thought of this project as I read concerns over the parcel size that recently sold in Nashville East near I-24.  Judging by this one, doesn't seem to take a lot of space to throw up a hotel.

60-65 foot deep tower with some space on either side to allow for windows.  The longer you go, the more units, obviously.
