All the buildings are down and the rubble is being separated into recyclable or landfill.  It took 2.5 weeks to take it down.

This will be the last missing tooth on this block except for the Party Fowl building which as far as I know there are no plans for at this time. The other blocks will take some time to fill in, but it will happen.

Last I heard, Party Fowl is planning on moving across the street  to the vacant restaurant space next to Frugal.  Not sure if that is still a go or not.

A little birdy told me that this project may be delayed a year.  Another person in the know said that this developer has the funds but may be choosing to wait.  Has anyone else heard anything?

Nope, but not surprising at all. I will be they start on their project in the Nations before this one. They may wait a year to let the occupancy catch up with what is being built. If they start a year from now and it takes a couple for it to get built, then we are looking for it to come online at the end of 2026. That is when I hear things will be sort of back on track.
