The render looks pretty good because of the windows.  I just hope it ends up looking that way after they're installed!

i would like to point out that "render" in our language is exclusively a verb to my knowledge.  The correct term for an illustration of a proposed project is a "rendering".  This misuse of the word is fairly common on the forum though.

I just recalled this is an office tower. Amidst a bunch of residential towers. Looks like just 9 levels of offices.   
I wonder how they're doing lining up clients. Seems like a pretty hot spot, close to Vandy.
