This project is really looking good with all of the new glass.  The last photo isn't all that great but I took it from my living room just now.  A few weeks ago you couldn't see it at all but it's slowly creeped upwards and I can see a half dozen floors or so from the chair I'm sitting in.  That whole area is really getting filled in nicely!

Gulch Union office tower has a new tenant: Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough law firm is relocating its Nashville office from One Nashville Tower.  No word on exactly how mach space they will be leasing.

I think it will also depend on interest rates. 

Someone can correct me, but I also think they still need to go through final entitlements (ie Bonus Height) for the twin right?

A lot of these towers will now be built when they get built. Yes, interest rates are slowing things down here and in other cities. I was emailing back and forward with KJHburg and he said the same is true in Charlotte right now.

This one is a stunner when driving West on Demonbreun, it gives the illusion of being much slimmer and taller than it truly is. The curve is fantastic.

The attached NP article taught me two things.  Number one, the tower is being called, Pullman.  Perhaps this was posted; missed it.  Second, it's switching to condos.

You never know if you're getting the gospel truth.  Yet, what they said is they've been following the Nashville market  and there is a lack of supply of hi-rise condos.

Nashville needs more high rise condos in the Gulch-bigger population in the Gulch brings in more amenities (shops, stores, restaurants, etc.) which in turn attracts even more people to the Gulch.

A win-win.
