106 Duluth was originally built as a single floor, 24,166 sq. ft. warehouse in 1966.  It has just opened as Tee Line Bowling and Curling entertainment venue

I checked this place out over the weekend and had an absolute BLAST with the curling. Much respect for the olympians haha (PS food wasn't great)

1103 Calvin Ave. covers 1.435 sq. ft. over its single floor and was built in 1929.  It is currently home to The Groove Record Store.

They may have to close as the building is for sale and they are trying to buy the building. They need a 500 k to do it.
