In all fairness, we're not seeing the finished product yet.

According to the renderings, it should look pretty good (for a SpringHill Suites) when it's done.

I'm starting to feel more comfortable about the the facade depth and fenestration patterns on this one; at least on the side facade shown in the last picture.

The other facades are going to rely on cladding materials - let's hope it's not EIFS. Someone not as lazy as me care to look back to see what was specified?

I agree on EIFS. But so far, this looks like a nice departure from the glass wall towers we've seen pop up all over Nashville over the past 10 years.  This building looks very solid to me.

I love this project. It looks good for what would normally be an uninspiring design, and the three hotels offer variety to the area. It’s the type of place I would stay in if I was visiting from out of town.

The Joseph needs to get going, or else that parking garage is going to be a pretty ugly welcome to visitors to downtown.

I noticed the fencing is down at the Joseph lot and it is almost cleared. May be good or may be bad, but I am thinking this may start soon. Just one company clearing all of their equipment for the next company.
