I think The SoBro is even taller because its boom had to clear Encore's roof. Same can be said for Eakin's office tower beside 12/12. That tall of a crane without any support always makes me a little nervous.

It will probably rise more too. The total height of the crane should be around 337' as they normally go about 50' taller than the building.

My biggest issue with The Atlantic is that very half-assed crown. It was supposed to be very detailed and nice in initial renderings but was finished with was basically equates to a fancy backyard fence design.

Isn't Skyhouse the closest thing to a prototype high rise that exists? They have the exact same design in several cities.

This building continues to rise upward quickly.  I drove by today and they are already installing the curtain wall on floors 5  and 6.

They are flying on this project. I drove downtown for the first time in months this past weekend and didn't think this was Skyhouse just because it was already so tall.

It is pretty amazing how fast they are moving.   The frame and glass crew is barely waiting for the concrete to set!

Also, looks like that crane is going to need to bump up soon.
