Has there been any additional information sent out about this development?  Website?  Completion date? pricing?  I can't seem to find anything

469 Chestnut (5 stories, 129 residential units, retail including Braxton Brewery, and internal garage) has now been scrapped by CIG Communities, and the .95 acre site is back up for sale.   Too bad.  I liked this concept.

So disappointing how that stretch of 8th is turning out. They have all of the ingredients in that part of the street to create another Hillsboro Village type of walkable atmosphere, and yet these developers seem to be veering it the opposite direction with these two new drive thru's beginning construction. It's mind boggling to me that nobody was interested in Residential with Retail in these spots.
