    i'm curious if they will make any of these residential buildings condominiums? Has there been any information out regarding that? Everything i read says apartments, but with the glut of apts coming into the area, i wonder if condos would make more sense?

    ^^^ It's my understanding that now you need to buy a lot in the community to be a member at Troubadour, and the cheapest lot is $900k. They wont even answer your call. Brutal!

    just curious if anyone has heard anything on this front? The city has limited golf options (public and private) so curious if any new clubs or courses have been announced? Realize its a long shot as the land is much more valuable for home development, but felt like it was worth asking...thank you!

    i'm sure this has been discussed, but do y'all expect one of the major airlines to expand their operations at BNA when the renovation is complete? United seems like an obvious choice since Delta / American already have SE hubs, but maybe i'm way off. Thoughts?

    Question for the group: I need to align myself with an airline that travels globally, but also all over the continental US, ideally American or United. Southwest is not a good option, nor is Allegiant. Do we think American, Delta, or United will expand their operations at BNA after the renovation is complete?

    i believe the hotel is a 3Q22 completion date on it, correct? do we know the expected completion date of the residential tower? same timeframe?

    they do not, but looking for something a tad nicer on the golf course side. Belle Meade, Hillwood, Richland, GC of Tennesee and The Grove are our favorites at this point....

    Hello everyone - i hope this is the right way to ask this question! I like many others who are moving here am struggling with the country club situation in Nashville (poor me i know). There seems to be an abundance of people moving there but a lack of clubs. The clubs i have visited almost all have 1.5-2 year waitlists and are charging $100k to get in, which is fairly ridiculous when compared to the rest of the country. My question: are there any future golf developments planned for the Nashville area? One would think it would take off with the amount of people on waitlists. Any rumors or announcements out there? Realize the land is probably worth more as housing developments, but once can dream! Any help is appreciated.
