According to ePermits, the ownership is moving forwards with Mass Grading only in an "at risk" scenario because final site plan has still not been approved.

Broadway Brewpub & Grub has opened in the space that was formerly Broadway Brewhouse Midtown. Considering the new owners paid $7.25 million for the site, I find it hard to believe that this is anything more than a short stopgap for another, larger development to go on the prime .27 acre site eventually.
