I like the Manning too. It was designed for folks downsizing from big, grand homes on big lots in Green Hills/Belle Meade/Hillwood. For the most part these folks want familiar, they want a version of where they live now. They don't want floor to ceiling glass and concrete floors. These units are not meant for those wanting modern and minimalist.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center has broken ground on a new imaging facility in Bellevue at 8124 Sawyer Brown Rd. The 6,000-square-foot clinic will offer specialty medical services including MRI, ultrasound, digital X-ray and more.  The clinic is expected to be complete in late 2024 or early 2025.

2121 Crestmoor Rd. (6 stories, residential w/ ground level retail) is finally starting t move forward with the developer partnership of Material Venture and Stiles Corp.finalizing the purchase of the existing building and 1.15 acres site for $7.25 million. Smith Gee Studio is the architect; Barge Cauthen will handle land planning/engineering.  Still no renderings.

A 3 story, 55 unit apartment complex is being planned on 1.81 acres at 1520 Hampton St. near the intersection of I-24 and West Trinity Lane.  It will also feature 78 covered parking stalls.  Paresh Patel, CEO and president of Mount Juliet-based 24-7 Hotel Management, is the developer.  He bought the property in 2014 for 385,000.  No renderings yet.
