Villa Maria Manor new residential building (8 stories? 214 units) update: construction equipment/storage units on site, which is on the open area between existing structures at NE corner of White Bridge Rd. and Post Place.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center has broken ground on a new imaging facility in Bellevue at 8124 Sawyer Brown Rd. The 6,000-square-foot clinic will offer specialty medical services including MRI, ultrasound, digital X-ray and more.  The clinic is expected to be complete in late 2024 or early 2025.
