I’m not as familiar with traffic ideologies, but would a finished upper loop like this assist with limiting in metro General Trucking traffic on the more congested routes (440/40, etc.) as the city grows??

It’s also interesting to think about with Endeavors Residential towers, the possible two tower project on 11th (across from Raymond James), ONE22ONE, and the possible two tower Tennessean site (plus others) and i feel it will kinda disappear in the middle under them all. No problem being simple and plain when the striking views are bigger and surrounding. Just adds more density which i know many of us are for!

Where exactly is that blue tower crane in relation to the airport? Next to the international terminal for its construction or somewhere else?

A little biased to Sean Brock, but Audrey was as good an overall food experience as i have had at many multi Michelin star restaurants in NYC or London. Not to mention the wine pairing with the tasting menu truly a unique experience worth it if you enjoy kinda experimental food/drink!

Restaurant Chotto Matte coming to Nashville on the second floor of One22One tower (11,000 Sq Ft wow!). Read more in the article below, but personally this is very cool only 4 restaurants in the US and Nashville will be the next with the smallest market by far! Really stepping up the game a lot like Sean Brock and other chefs have done recently https://nashville.eater.com/2022/1/12/22880121/chotto-matte-restaurant-opening-nashville-kurt-zdesar-nikkei

Travel observations and new developments of other cities and countries
Brichar4 replied to markhollin's topic in Nashville
I would love a couple renders like this for Nashville! It. Gives such great perspective to upcoming projects. Also a little jealous of Austin but we will be there in a few years -
Really excited for this one to start, crane (or cranes) will be right outside my window, so I’ll be sure to document on here best i can

114 George L. Davis Blvd. (30 stories? Mixed-use?)
Brichar4 replied to markhollin's topic in Nashville
Fantastic spot for a project! I have been wondering for a while how long it would last. 30 stories would look very nicely here especially with the other projects around it and across the interstate. -
Have we heard anything on this project? I know the focus is on Alcove and Prime but drove by and was curious

Would be a great stadium for possibly the state championship football games. And wouldn’t disturb any pro/college team season so they could spread them more as well! Unless Vanderbilt’s stadium renovation had something to do with a deal with that

I don’t want to jinx anything but wow these floors have been popping up quick once the first was completed. Hoping it keeps pace and it’s brother across the street will follow suit after the garage is done- 827 replies

Looks like west elevator shaft has gone up slightly (maybe space for mechanical??) but it has already hit the full 22 floors of elevator openings. So the tower may end up more where this shaft is currently.

I’m so curious with this permit news and the looming under construction status if we will see permits filed for its other two neighbors! See how accurate the renders have been
