    I have always imagined essentially google earth 3D with all the proposed projects so you could see everything comparatively and different angles..... a dream haha

    Is the corner facing KVB complete? Been curious each time i drive by waiting on some paneling or something. not trying to troll the design I’m genuinely confused by it.

    On SP it looks like it’s at 133 KVB not the 1st and KVB site? The supposed 48 floor (680ft) by that one user.

    Apologies if i have missed this but is it expected for them to fill this section in as extended tarmac when the terminal is complete?

    This has been updated on the wiki, i know we have not seen official heights but some rough estimates are in as general place holders till then

    I have updated the wiki to show Pinancle tower under construction. with the release of more renderings I’m so curious if we will hear more on the buimdjj in bed surrounding it and their documented heights and floor counts

    Do my eyes deceive me or does that building look almost as tall as Prime and Alcove??

    Wow excited for this one! With all the work on 2nd and Peabody and other sites i was wondering when this property would go. At that many units i can’t imagine it not being a game changer in that area! Very cool

    Got it on the Wikipedia page, always wish we could put renderings but it is what it is. Still very excited about this project not to mention the timetable likely lining up many or here’s for completion around the same time

    Concord Sky in Toronto has recently proposed will become the second tallest residential building in the city. Standing at 95 floors (981ft/299m) and approximately 1100 total residence. The tower will become the 4th tallest structure in the city when it is completed goal of 2026.
